In 2006/2007, 241 workers were fatally injured at work. The general trend for fatal injuries at work is moving downwards but for those losing a relative as a result of an accident at work the consequences may be financially disastrous.
We can draw on our twenty years experience of dealing with fatal accident and injury cases to ensure that those financial consequences are eased.
We work in an empathetic way, visiting you in your own home and ensuring that you are kept informed at all times about the procedures involved. Fatal accident cases require the Health and Safety Executive and Coroner’s Office to be involved.
We have experience of dealing with both of these agencies to ensure that we are able to answer all of your questions and deal with the case efficiently on your behalf.
